  • Proven experience as a fractional CFO (this is essential)
  • 5+ years in senior financial leadership roles (e.g. CFO, FD)
  • Strong track record in supporting multiple clients or managing varied portfolios
  • Expertise in cash flow management, forecasting, financial strategy, and capital raising
  • Ability to quickly understand and integrate into different business models and industries
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
  • Provide part-time CFO-level support to a series of organisations
  • Deliver high-quality strategic insights, forecasting, and reporting
  • Guide founders and executive teams in financial decision-making
  • Manage relationships with internal finance staff or external accounting partners
  • Contribute to a shared knowledge base and support other fractional CFOs in the network
  • Work alongside other experienced fractional CFOs in a collaborative environment
  • Flexible, you are not tied in to us so you can keep your existing clients
  • Back-office, marketing, and client onboarding handled for you
